Project Context
Makelaar in Dubai needed a website that builds trust quickly and helps visitors understand services and listings with minimal friction. The goal was to translate the brand into a clear, modern experience that supports lead generation across desktop and mobile.
My role
Create a professional, conversion-focused real estate website that communicates credibility and makes it easy for visitors to explore options and take the next step.
What I did
Defined the site structure and navigation to support service discovery and fast decision-making
Designed responsive page layouts in Figma for the core pages
Built the website in Webflow and ensured consistent behavior across breakpoints
Structured client-provided content into clear, scannable sections (hierarchy, spacing, CTAs)
Iterated through client feedback rounds and refined toward a launch-ready result
QA’d responsiveness, readability, and the end-to-end contact/lead flow
Key decisions
Trust-first hierarchy: Prioritized clarity, credibility cues, and a strong service story early on each page.
Mobile-first conversion: Made the primary call-to-action easy to access and low friction on mobile.
Clarity over complexity: Kept page flows and navigation simple so visitors can quickly understand options and act.
Collaboration
Worked directly with the client to align on priorities and messaging, and iterated efficiently through feedback to keep scope realistic and delivery smooth.
Result
A clean, responsive Webflow website that communicates the brand clearly and supports lead generation through strong hierarchy, scannable sections, and clear calls-to-action.
